Mulino Bianco’s Saccottino Albicocca is wonderfully light brioche pastries filled with apricot jam. This soft puff pastry is naturally leavened, making it delicious out of the pack or when heated in the oven.

Ingredients: wheat flour type “0”, apricot jam 28.9% (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree 45% (13% on final product). sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid), vegetable margarine (cocoa butter, sunflower oil, coconut oil, water, safflower oil), water, sugar, fresh eggs, sunflower oil, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty, glucose-fructose syrup, flavoring, yeast, salt.
It may contain traces of other nuts, milk & soy.
